Briggs and Morgan is seeking applicants to participate in a pro bono educational opportunity. The successful volunteer applicant will assist attorneys with a variety of pro bono matters on a project-by-project basis. In the past, areas of law have included Domestic Abuse, Housing, Immigration, Disability, Nonprofit, and Tax. This is a volunteer part-time position (approximately 10 hours per week), and candidates must be law students in the 2014-2015 academic year. The position will begin around September 1, 2014, and continue for the duration of the 2014-2015 academic year. This is a competitive position. Resume and cover letter (in Word), which states your volunteer experience, as well as unofficial undergraduate and law school transcripts, are required. Applications will be reviewed as received.
